What is Skill Matrix?

The Skill Matrix module enables organizations to intelligently map their team's competencies. Build stronger teams, match talent to projects perfectly, and drive organizational success through data-driven skill management.

Skill Matrix is a comprehensive, real-time competency mapping system that puts an end to guessing who on your team has the specific skills needed for project delivery.

The system allows employees to share information about what they're good at, what they're learning, and what genuinely excites them. All this information is aggregated into clear charts and filters that actually make sense.
