Welcome to Mumu, a service provided by NoCake. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Mumu and the services we provide. By accessing or using Mumu, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Note: Throughout this document, any reference to "MsgGO" refers to the MsgGO application that is available as part of the Mumu platform.
1. Service Description
Mumu is an all-in-one productivity hub for modern teams. Mumu consists of multiple applications such as MsgGO, QA, Organization Core, and others.
2. Age Restrictions
There are no age restrictions for using Mumu.
3. Usage Scope
Mumu can be used for both personal and business purposes.
4. Account Registration
To register an account, you must provide your organization name, your full name, email address, and create a password.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.
6. Account Sharing
Accounts cannot be shared among multiple users. Each user must have their own account.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- Sending spam.
- Sending messages that are illegal or violate the laws of the user's country or the country where the message is received.
- Violates these Terms and Conditions.
8. Payment Options
Our payment operator is LemonSqueezy, which serves as our Merchant of Record and handles all our sales transactions. LemonSqueezy supports various payment methods including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Przelewy24.
9. Phone Number Registration and SMS Delivery
9.1 User Responsibilities for SMS Usage
By adding a phone number and enabling SMS notifications, users agree to use MsgGO’s SMS feature solely for transactional or event-based notifications. Misuse, including sending unauthorized marketing messages, is strictly prohibited.
9.2 Verification and Compliance
Users must verify their phone numbers before receiving SMS notifications. MsgGO adheres to Twilio’s A2P 10DLC registration requirements to ensure compliance.
9.3 Message Frequency and Limits
- Users can adjust SMS preferences in their MsgGO settings.
- MsgGO reserves the right to impose rate limits and suspend SMS delivery in case of policy violations.
9.4 Opt-Out Mechanism
- Users can disable SMS notifications in their settings.
- Replying with "STOP" to an SMS will immediately opt the user out of future notifications.

10. Subscription Plans
Mumu offers the following subscription plans:
- Free: $0 per month / 50 credits / 1 user
- Standard: $9.99 per user per month
In the Standard plan:
- Each user account costs $9.99
- Each user can access all applications that the organization administrator has granted access to
- Each user receives 1,000 credits to use in the MsgGO application for sending messages
- The 1,000 credits are allocated per user but can be used by other users within the organization
Example: An organization purchases 5 user accounts, which means they have 5,000 credits available in MsgGO monthly. User 1 might use 300 credits, User 2 uses 200, User 3 uses 500, User 4 uses 1,000, and User 5 uses 3,000. The distribution is flexible.
Credits in MsgGO are consumed based on message usage across different integrations. The number of messages you can send depends on the credit cost per integration.

11. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly.
12. Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel your subscription, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided if you delete your account before the end of the billing period.
13. Service Availability
We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the service, but due to various unforeseen circumstances, the service may occasionally be temporarily unavailable. We do not offer any compensation for such temporary service interruptions.

15. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Mumu does not currently offer a specific SLA for response and resolution times.
16. Data Security
We use HTTPS encryption to secure data transmitted between your browser and our servers. Additionally, user data is stored securely on servers provided by OVHcloud.
17. User Rights
Users have the right to:
- Access and review their personal data.
- Update their personal information.
- Delete their account, which will remove their data from our system.
18. Data Sharing
We share necessary user data with:
- LemonSqueezy: For payment processing.
- Infakt: For invoicing and billing.
- DigitalOcean: For data storage.
19. Intellectual Property Rights
Mumu claims no intellectual property rights over the content created and stored by users. Users retain all rights to their content.
20. User Content
Users cannot upload their own content to the platform, except for avatars which serve as a graphical representation of the user on the service.
21. Limitation of Liability
Mumu is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
22. Disclaimers
Mumu does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information provided by the service.
23. Termination and Suspension
Mumu may terminate or suspend an account if the user:
- Sends spam.
- Sends messages that violate these terms or the laws of the user's country or the recipient's country.
- Violates these Terms and Conditions.
24. Consequences of Termination
If an account is terminated:
- The user will lose access to their data in Mumu.
- No refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period.
25. Changes to the Terms
Significant changes to these terms will be communicated via email to the organization’s administrator.
26. User Acceptance of Changes
Continued use of Mumu after updates to these terms will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
27. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
