Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
Mumu operates on a monthly subscription model. For monthly subscriptions:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the current billing month.
- Your access to the service will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
Credit Usage
- MsgGO operates on a credit-based system where subscribers receive a monthly allocation of credits.
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle and are not eligible for refunds.
- Once allocated, credits cannot be converted back to monetary value.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside our standard policy in the following cases:
Service Unavailability
If Mumu experiences extended service disruptions (exceeding 24 consecutive hours) due to issues within our control, affected customers may be eligible for:
- Service credits for future use
- Partial refund proportional to the duration of the outage
Account Termination
If Mumu terminates your account due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
